Where we deliver

We currently accept and deliver orders only within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping, local collection or local delivery.

Delivery cost and time

Standard UK delivery is free. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation and includes order processing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our configured UK fulfilment location. We send a dispatch or tracking update when tracking is available.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

Delays and failed delivery

Carrier disruption, severe weather or peak demand may occasionally cause delays. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Unless a different delivery date is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days as required by UK law. If delivery cannot be completed, your statutory rights, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable, remain unaffected.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking shows a problem, your order is late, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. GardenPlayCo remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
