GardenPlayCo is an independent UK online retailer. We aim to describe every product accurately and transparently so customers can understand what they are buying and who is selling it.

Seller responsibility

Customers buy directly from GardenPlayCo. GardenPlayCo is responsible for order payment, customer support, UK delivery, returns and refunds.

Product identification

Product titles, descriptions, photographs, model references and specifications are provided to identify the goods offered. Packaging, colour and minor presentation details may vary where this does not change the product's essential characteristics. If a material error is found, we will correct it and contact affected customers where necessary.

Brands and affiliations

Third-party brand names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only for product identification. We do not describe GardenPlayCo as a manufacturer, brand owner, affiliated company or authorised reseller unless that status has been verified and is expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Availability and fulfilment

We sell items shown as available through the store. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate cancellation or refund option. Orders are dispatched from our configured UK fulfilment location and delivered only within the United Kingdom.

Warranties and consumer rights

A manufacturer warranty applies only where the product listing expressly says so. Any manufacturer warranty is separate from the customer's statutory rights against GardenPlayCo as the seller. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
