The Marstek Jupiter C Plus is an all-in-one storage solution for balcony power plants: battery storage, micro inverter and intelligent energy management in one unit. Four independent MPPT inputs accept up to 2,400 W of PV output (efficiency up to 99.8%), whilst the 2.56 kWh LiFePO4 battery stores excess solar power for later use. An integrated HD touchscreen allows operation directly on the unit, in addition to full remote control via the Marstek app.
How the storage system works
Up to four solar panels are connected directly to the Jupiter C Plus via MC4 connectors — no Y-cables or additional distribution needed. The integrated micro inverter converts the solar power into mains-compatible alternating current and feeds it directly into the household network; excess energy is stored in the battery. With a compatible smart meter (e.g. Marstek CT002/CT003, Shelly or HomeWizard P1), the output power adapts in real time to household consumption, ensuring no power is fed back into the public grid.
Who is it suitable for?
For anyone who prefers an integrated all-in-one solution rather than multiple separate components. The four MPPT inputs and high PV input power are particularly suited to higher-output balcony power plant configurations with differently oriented panels or partial shading.

Actual yields vary depending on location (e.g. 1,300 hours south coast vs. 1,000 hours north), orientation and consumption patterns.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate inverter?
No. The micro inverter is integrated into the unit and converts the solar power directly into mains-compatible alternating current.
How many solar panels can I connect?
Up to four panels directly via MC4, each with its own MPP tracker, for a total of up to 2,400 W.
Do I need a smart meter?
A compatible smart meter is required for automatic zero feed-in. Without a smart meter, the storage system can still be controlled via the touchscreen or app.
Can I expand the capacity later?
Yes, with up to three additional modules totalling up to 10.24 kWh, by simply stacking them without complicated wiring.
