Payment Methods

GardenPlayCo displays the payment methods currently available for an order at the secure Shopify checkout.

Currency and total price

All store prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Before you submit an order, checkout displays the product total, any applicable tax and any delivery charge. Standard UK delivery is free. We do not add hidden handling fees.

Available payment methods

The exact methods available may depend on the device and payment provider and are shown at checkout. Only choose a method presented by the secure checkout. Displayed options may include major debit or credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay where supported.

Secure processing

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and its payment providers. GardenPlayCo does not ask customers to send card numbers, passwords or verification codes by email, phone or live chat.

No automatic recurring charges

A standard product purchase does not create a subscription or recurring payment unless a recurring arrangement is clearly disclosed and expressly accepted before checkout.

Payment authorisation and order acceptance

A payment may be authorised when you place an order, but the order remains subject to acceptance and availability. If we cannot fulfil an order or must cancel it before acceptance, any amount taken will be refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Timing is explained in our Return and Refund Policy; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
