Every product sold on frombim.com is genuine. We source through manufacturers and authorised wholesale distributors only. We do not carry counterfeit, replica, grey-market or unauthorised goods of any kind.
How we source
Our range is supplied by established lighting and homeware manufacturers and authorised distributors. Before any supplier is added we verify their business registration, confirm their right to supply the goods they are offering, and order samples to inspect finish, build quality and dimensions in person.
We do not buy stock from open marketplaces, liquidation lots or unverified third-party sellers, because the origin of those goods cannot be confirmed.
Own-label and branded items
Own-label items are produced for Frombim by our manufacturing partners and sold exclusively through this store.
Branded items, where offered, are obtained through authorised distribution channels and carry the manufacturer's standard warranty where one applies.
Quality checks
Stock is inspected on arrival at our warehouse. Items that do not match the sample we approved — in finish, construction, dimensions or electrical fitting — are rejected and are not sold.
Electrical safety
Lighting we sell is supplied for use with standard UK fittings and is intended for indoor domestic use unless the product page states otherwise. Where an item requires a particular bulb type or wattage limit, that is stated on the product page. If you are in any doubt about installation, we recommend using a qualified electrician.
Accurate descriptions
We describe what we actually sell. Materials, dimensions and care instructions come from the manufacturer's specification, not from marketing copy. Where a finish imitates another material we say so plainly rather than implying the material itself.
If you have a concern
If you ever receive an item you believe is not genuine, or which does not match its description, contact us immediately at contact@gardenplayco.shop. We will investigate, and if your concern is upheld we refund you in full including all postage — and we remove the item from sale while we investigate the supplier.
